1 How would you describe the process of working with Paul and Julia?
The process with Paul and Julia is a very smooth, professional, and enjoyable process. They work well developing samples based on direction given to them in additional to samples that they feel the client may like in addition to or in exchange of what the client originally asked for. They show up on time and work extra in times of need to complete the project.
2 What types of creative solutions did Paul and Julia bring to your project?
They brought a hospital quality paint, in a very cost effective manner, to a client that has respiratory health problems. Over the many years of working with them they have also brought many creative faux finished to projects that have exceeded my and the client’s expectations.
3 In what ways did working with Paul and Julia surprise you?
The way they have surprised me is there over the top dedication to getting the project completed and commitment to the schedule. They and their staff have frequently worked second or third shift, weekend, and holidays to be able to paint while other subs are not at the project. In times of need they have adjusted their personal life to benefit the project quality and completion.
4 How would you describe the work that Paul and Julia completed on your project?
The work they do is great. They are dedicated to quality and are very responsive to changing priorities and adjustments to overall schedules. They set up site dust barriers and spray booths to be able to paint areas and not be impacted by other work happening in other parts of the house.
5 What would you tell someone considering working with Paul and Julia?
I would tell them to contact Paul and Julia to discuss creative options that they could bring to the project that the client had not even thought about. I would also tell them to plan ahead and get on Paul and Julia’s schedule as it fills up quickly and in advance.
